4 Click on "Compare Other Plans" toward the bottom of the page. Put an X in the last 2 options. Click on "Compare Plans" (left side toward top).
5. Highlight the section to print. Print 2 pages of highlighted selection.
6. Click on the "Blues Individual Health Proposal" link and complete the proposal. Print the proposal.
7. Click on the "Blues Individual Health Explanation & Application" link and print the proposal explanation and the application to send to the prospect.
